1. What is The Scaling Business Summit?
The Scaling Business Summit began seven years ago as a closed-circle gathering among international trusted partners to exchange bold ideas and cultures.
This year, we unite industry leaders and visionaries for a once-in-a-lifetime experience designed to build deep, trust-based relationships, sharing battle-tested strategies and forge cross-continental connections between Europe and Asia.
The event includes 2 main parts:
Part I: The Summit Experience (2-5 Feb 2026)
Part II: The Scaling Business Conference (6-7 Feb 2026)

3. Is food included?
YES! Food and drinks are provided on most days. Depending on the day, this might include full meals, rounds of drinks, or finger food.
Our goal is to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but if there’s anything extra you’d like, you’ll always have the option to purchase it separately.
4. When will an agenda and more details be available?

5. I want to bring my children.
We understand that family is important, but The Scaling Business Summit is designed as a professional event with a busy schedule of sessions, keynotes, and workshops. The environment, with its fast pace and focus, may not be suitable for children.
Due to the nature of the event, we kindly ask that you let your kids at home and fully enjoy the experience at the summit. Thank you for your understanding!
6. Is tax charged on top of the Summit ticket price?
No. We do not charge tax on Summit tickets.
7. What is not included in the Summit's ticket?
The Summit's ticket does not include your hotel accommodation and transportation from and to Vietnam.
For hotel bookings, we provide discount rates for selected hotels.
8. Are refunds given for partial event attendance?
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help where we can. However, partial refunds for leaving the event early are not available, as our ticket pricing reflects the full Summit experience, including all sessions, activities, and benefits.
